Return/Exchange Policy
DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS/REFUNDS:
- Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit, at our discretion, we will offer you a full refund or replacement after investigation and assessment has been done. You will need to send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 7 days of you receiving them. Proof of purchase must also be supplied. If a product is faulty Please contact us at iconicessentialoils@outlook.com and we will investigate the problem and sort out a solution for you.
- Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong items.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will discuss an exchange. It must be returned in its original unused condition within 7 days from purchase. An exchange can take place once we have received the goods back. The delivery charge is not refundable on a exchange. The costs of the returns are the responsibility of you the customer for both the return to Iconic Essential Oils and the postage back you with the exchanged item.
- All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
- Due to the nature of the Essential Oil products we are unable to accept the return of a product if it has been opened or seal broken.
Delivery within Australia
All our goods are delivered by Australia Post.
Our orders are estimated to be dispatched from business premises within 72 hours (not including weekends or public holidays) after full payment has been made.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak Australia Post are experiencing delays in their network. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your package.
Iconic Essential Oils will not be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.
Please note it can take longer in remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames. Also, the delivery may take longer in peak times such as Easter, Christmas and New Year due to public holidays and much higher demand in the postal service.
Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery progress. Goods will be required to be signed for -PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU PROVIDE AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSING PARCELS.

At Iconic we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information; pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event, a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged.
